I'm not kidding, Lotte is not above making jokes about:
murder, suicide, rape, incest, pedophilia, abuse, drug use, torture, all the awful depths of humanity she uses to justify her hatred. If it's bad, she is willing to exploit it for her cause, even if her cause is just getting a bagel.
she herself is cool with gender, race, and orientation, but she might also bitterly mock homophobia or transphobia by parroting what "the other side" says.
IC: uhh she dislikes being bullied so she tries to be the bully, does that count... gender can be a touchy topic.
